While we in the Great White N orth may occasionally face the tiresome task of beating back stealth anti-choice “Unborn Victims” bills tabled by the fundamentalist chimps in the CPC caucus, maybe we should consider ourselves lucky that none of them have proposed a federal “Ministry of Fetuses”. Don’t laugh: in the US of A, it’s not enough that women are dogged at every turn by fetus fetishists and terrorists who’d deny them agency over their own bodies and turn them into unwilling incubators —
